Exchange and Replacement Policy

At INIYAL, we’re dedicated to offering you the highest quality products. Every item undergoes a thorough quality check before it’s dispatched. If you receive a defective product or missing products in your order, we’re here to help you.

All exchange and replacement requests are subject to stock availability.

Size Exchanges

We don’t accept returns for size exchanges as we confirm the order only after verifying your selected sizes. To avoid any issues, please double-check our size chart before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product with fabric damage or sewing defects, you can return it. Please send us pictures of the issue within 48 hours of receiving the item. Once we receive the returned product and complete our inspection, we’ll initiate your refund within 2-5 working days.

Sale and Clearance Items

Please note that sale and clearance items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Missing, Wrong, or Damaged Items

If your order is missing an item, or if you receive the wrong or damaged product, please contact us with photos and videos within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or make the necessary alterations.

Return Process

  1. Log in to your profile and go to the Orders section.
  2. Choose the specific product or the entire order you wish to return or exchange, and provide a reason along with 2-3 relevant pictures.

After submitting your request:

  1. We’ll review it and update you on the status within 24-48 business hours.
  2. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with self-courier details. We’ll also cover the return shipping cost and credit it back to you
